Retirement!

While the end of my thrities crawls ever closer I can't help but wonder what I'll be doing in 10 years time. When I was 20 it seemed like it would take forever to get to 40 but time seems to move quicker as you get older.

When I had a week to my birthdays as a child it seemed an endless amount of time, but hit your mid thrities and you find yourself thinking about something that you thought happened six months ago, when in reality it was four years since!

So I'm facing up to it - I'll be 50 before I know it, and I don't want to be working at that age. I have a lot of free time now but I want to be fully retired at 50.

It's time to make real plans, not the vague 'I'll be OK' ramblings I've been guilty of in the past.

Maybe this is time to look at your position in the Internet Marketing world. If you're making your living online perhaps it's time to plan out where you want to be in 10 years and start aiming for it.

Whichever position you're in, simply 'sticking at it' isn't enough. It's time to think about actual numbers of sales, income figures etc.

On a happier note, the state pension in the UK just went up by 47p a week!
